These Terms govern your use of NotifyMeRV, operated by NotifyMe LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company). By registering for or using NotifyMeRV, you agree to these Terms.
NotifyMeRV lets you register an RV or property and receive alerts by SMS and email when someone scans your sticker, enters your ID, or looks up your registered plate to report a problem. Reports may include a description, issue type, optional photo, and location.
Important — please read. NotifyMeRV is a convenience notification service, not an emergency, security, or monitoring service. Alerts depend on someone noticing and reporting a problem and on networks outside our control, so they are provided on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on NotifyMeRV as your only means of safety or protection. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
You must be the age of majority in your province or state to use NotifyMeRV. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Reports are submitted by members of the public. We screen submitted photos and notes for inappropriate content, but we do not verify that any report is accurate, complete, or genuine, and we are not responsible for the content of reports. Reporters are anonymous to you. By using the service, you grant us permission to process, store, and deliver report content so we can provide alerts to you.
NotifyMeRV is offered as an annual subscription of $20 USD per vehicle per year. Founding-member offers, where available, are described at the time you sign up. Subscriptions may renew annually unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of your paid term. Prices are shown in USD.
NotifyMeRV, its name, logo, stickers, and website are owned by NotifyMe LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own registered vehicles or property. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the service without our permission.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that alerts will always be delivered, timely, accurate, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotifyMe LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss or damage arising from a missed, delayed, inaccurate, or undelivered alert, or from your reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold NotifyMe LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use NotifyMeRV after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
