No — anyone can submit a report through their mobile browser with zero downloads and zero accounts. Scanning the QR code opens a web page. Nothing to install. This is intentional — the fewer barriers to reporting, the more likely someone actually reports a problem with your RV.
Usually within a minute. An email is sent as soon as a report is submitted, and a text too if you opted in to texts. Alerts work from the moment you confirm your sign-up.
They scan the QR code on your sticker with any phone camera. A web page opens, they say whether your RV is on the road or parked and tap what they see. Nothing to install, no account.
Repeat reports of the same problem on the same vehicle within 30 minutes are combined into one alert. On top of that, you get at most 2 alerts per vehicle per hour and 5 per day. Every report is still recorded. A different kind of problem counts as new information, so it still reaches you. Reports are anonymous, and reporters never see how to reach you.
Photos and written notes are automatically screened for inappropriate content before you see them. If a note is held back, you are still told about the report — just without the note.
No. Alerts come by email, and by text if you opt in — no app needed. We are also working on optional phone alerts you can add to your home screen straight from our website, with nothing to download from an app store. We will tell you when that is ready.

Never. Your name, phone number, and email address are never shown to reporters. Reporters see only a confirmation and a reference number. They never know who you are.
We collect only the data needed to provide the service, store it on servers located in Canada, and never sell it. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@notifymerv.com, and we respond within 30 days.
You only receive alerts you have signed up for. Your consent is captured during registration, texts start only after you tick an optional box and confirm your number, you can stop texts any time by replying STOP, and every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Yes. Contact us at info@notifymerv.com and we will process your request within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your personal information from our active systems. Some data may be kept in anonymized form for safety and fraud-prevention purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
NotifyMeRV is $40 USD for your sticker and the first year, then $25 USD a year. Prices are before tax. That covers one vehicle, your weatherproof sticker mailed to you, and your alerts by email (and by text once text alerts launch).
We’ll email you when sign-up opens. If you joined the waitlist before 11 October 2026, your founding-member offer stands: your first year is free, and your price after that stays at $25 USD a year for as long as you stay subscribed. We’ll email you a code for it.
NotifyMeRV stickers are weatherproof vinyl with a UV-resistant laminate, built to hold up to years of outdoor exposure. The QR code uses high error-correction printing so it keeps scanning even if it gets scuffed or dirty — made for highway conditions, harsh weather, and seasonal outdoor exposure.
Yes. Each registration covers one vehicle or property. Register your RV, your trailer, your boat, or your seasonal site separately — each gets its own sticker and its own alerts. For now, sign up once for each vehicle.
Yes. NotifyMeRV works across the United States and Canada, so it keeps working when you cross the border. Canadian customers can visit notifymerv.ca for CAD pricing.
Your annual subscription covers 12 months regardless of season — which means your alerts keep working while your RV is parked for the winter. Alerts are often most useful in the off-season, when nobody is watching your RV. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@notifymerv.com.
NotifyMeRV was founded by a team who have spent years on the road, on job sites, and in the field. We built this because we saw the problem firsthand.
Thousands of RV owners travel North American highways every year without any way for fellow drivers to alert them to a tire blowing apart behind them, a trailer swaying dangerously, or an open compartment door. We thought that was a problem worth solving.
We also heard from seasonal lot owners who left their RVs at campgrounds all summer with no way to know if a storm had come through or if something had gone wrong. Same problem. Same solution.
